We receive a lot of questions about our courses and services on a daily basis. On this page you’ll find the questions that are asked most frequently. This way we provide you with a quick and direct accessable answer to these questions.

You will get access to the digital learning environment two weeks prior to the start of the course. You can find the required materials for the course here. We recommend you to download all the documents in advance and save them on your laptop.
That differs per training. If preparation is required, you will find this in the invitation e-mail we sent you.
The course can be ordered, free of charge, from the digital learning environment. To do so, please click ‘Start’ under the specific course in the digital learning environment.
Try to order the book again by using another Internet browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome. If the link still doesn’t work, please contact academy@capgemini.com.
You can register for the courses on our website. You can find the scheduled dates for each group course. For individual courses we will discuss the available dates with you. You can enter your preferred date on the registration form. Individual course are provided on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
After registering on the website you’ll receive an email with the request to confirm the course. When the request is confirmed you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Academy Customer Service within 48 hours. As a client you have the right to cancel a course. Canceling a course needs to happen per letter or e-mail. When canceling, it’s important to know that the cancelation date is the date on which Capgemini Academy receives your cancelation. Changing dates to attend a course is seen as cancelation of one course and enrollment to another. For more information please check our terms of use. As a client you have the right to change an attendant with another attendant for the course, but only if this change happens before start of the course. There are no charges for such changes. Changing the date of an individual course is free of charge for a maximum of five times rescheduling one date. For all other days you wish to reschedule, costs will be charged.

Normally this isn’t possible because this way we aren’t able to guarantee the quality of service we promise. But we are more than willing to discuss a suitable solution. The solution also depends on the type of course.
Many of the courses you will find on this website are also available in English. You can find our complete English curriculum by clicking on ‘English’ at the right top of the page. You will recognize the English courses in our calendar by the English flag. In addition to the courses, that you can find on this website in Dutch and English, Capgemini Academy also provides tailor-made courses. Together with the customer we provide tailor-made courses in various languages. We have already provided courses in Dutch, English, Spanish, German, Italian and French.
You will receive the exam voucher from Capgemini Academy at the latest after completing the course.
Please check the cancellation conditions. In case of an exam, it is not possible to replace an attendant with another attendant.
Capgemini Academy is an accredited educational institute. This gives us the possibility to test our students. This means you can only take exams if you also attended the course at Capgemini Academy. If you didn’t attend the course with us, then please seek for an examination institute.
A laptop/PC has to be connected to the internet and a certain speed is required. A webcam must be connected as well. Please check here if your laptop/PC is suited for an AnyTime AnyPlace exam.
We have full confidence in the quality of our training courses. Therefore, if you take this training course in our open schedule, we offer an exam guarantee. This means that you can retake the training course for free, and you’ll receive a complimentary exam voucher if you don’t pass the exam on your first attempt.
The following conditions apply:
• You attended the entire training course
• You took the first exam within 2 months after the training course (2 weeks for Scrum.org exams)
• There is a maximum of 1 year between your initial training course and the free course
If you have taken an exam at an external certification institute, please contact that institute, for example APMG, PeopleCert or Microsoft. This may lead too addtional cost. For the Capgemini Academy Badge, please contact academy@capgemini.com
You will receive the invoice after completion of the course. The payment term is 60 days.

The invoice will be sent to the provided e-mail address. When you haven’t provided an e-mail address for the invoice, it will be sent to your registered postal address.
If you are not satisfied, you can indicate this on your evaluation form. We go through these daily and if you are dissatisfied, we will contact you.

The courses are mostly provided at our training centre. This is at Reykjavikplein 1 in Utrecht, unless another location is mentioned in the invitation. For more information, please check the directions.
Yes, we have parking facilities at all locations. The location of the parking depends on the training location.
Underneath the Capgemini-building in Utrecht (entrance Reykjavikstraat), a free parking spot, is generally reserved for you. You can park on level -1, where a specific area is reserved for Capgemini Academy students.
For the route via public transportation, please download our directions or plan your trip via www.9292ov.nl.
All rates shown on our website are, unless noted otherwise, ‘all in rates’. So you will not have any financial surprises afterwards. If you attend a course that takes place between 9 pm and 4.30 pm lunch is included. For courses that take place between 1.30 pm and 9.30 pm, dinner is included. For evening courses (6.30 pm – 9.30 pm), dinner is not included.

For a regular day course it is not possible to book an overnight stay at Capgemini Academy. There are several hotels in the neighborhood of our training centre, Reykjavikplein 1, Utrecht, The Netherlands.
If you have special wishes for meals, or a diet, please let us know. We will do our best to take these into account. Send our diet wishes to us via the contact form.

After completing a course, you continue to have access to our digital learning environment for another month. You can find completed training sessions under the menu link ‘My Archive’. If the documents cannot be found there, please contact academy@capgemini.com
