What is Agile Architecture Practitioner
No architect can escape the agile way of working, in any for whatsoever. But how do you get a grip on a development team in such an environment and what is your role in such a team? And how can you, as an architect, also start working in an agile way?
This training gives you practical tools on how to effectively apply agile architecture in practice. This way you ensure that you as an agile architect continuously add value.
Who should attend Agile Architecture Practitioner
This training is aimed at architects with some experience in the agile way of working. During the training we work on a case with assignments. This makes it possible to immediately apply what has been learned in your own practice and add value as an agile architect.
The training focuses on software architects, solution architects, enterprise architects and business architects. This training is also interesting for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of architecture, such as Architecture Fundamentals, is required.
Basic knowledge of agile and/or SCRUM is required.
Some practical experience with agile/scrum and architecture is desired.

Objectives
The goal of the training is to provide participants with practical guidelines on how to effectively put architecture into practice in an agile environment. After this training, the participant is able to immediately apply what has been learned in daily practice. Think of:
