What is Working in Projects
In the rapidly changing world we live in, the number of projects in companies is still increasing. The following topics are discussed:
- the why and how of a project, possibly within a program or portfolio;
- success and failure factors of projects;
- the importance of business justification, stakeholders and project organization;
- project management within development methods such as waterfall and Agile;
- holding an interview with a client and delineating the assignment;
- planning activities;
- leadership styles;
- time management;
- working systematically: from start to finish
