What is Requirements Analysis
You live in a rapidly changing world, it is important to have clear requirements for your solution. The requirements are the common thread in the change process, you keep coming back to them. How to approach this in a structured way?
After this training, you know and understand the requirements process.
You will gain insight into the requirements process and get to work in groups with the scope and the drafting of various types of requirements using an integral case. So you will practice with the main techniques and after this training you will understand what is needed to elicitate, trace, formulate SMART, capture and review requirements.
This training will give you experience of how the requirements process works. There is enough time available for asking and answering your specific questions.

Prerequisites
To follow the course it is desirable that you have some knowledge and / or experience in change processes
Objectives
You practice all requirements activities with an integral case. The emphasis in this course is on retrieving and writing down requirements. SMART writing is extensively practiced, based on a requirements template. Review is used in the course to test the quality of written requirements. You place what you have learned in your work situation.
