What is Process modelling with BPMN
BPMN stands for Business Process Modeling Notation, the new standard for modeling and communication of business processes. The goal of BPMN is to provide an accessible and understandable notation for business analysts, process designers, process managers and users from the business, who monitor the process and control (source: OMG). In addition, BPMN models are used to generate complementary technology, automatic code-BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) in order to carry out the process. BPMN is the first standard that makes this link possible. In this training you will learn to understand the structure and the notation and use BPMN in practice.
Who should attend Process modelling with BPMN
The training is intended for everyone involved in modeling of processes, including business analysts, process designers, process analysts, subject matter experts, process owners, process managers, functional managers and AO employees.
Participants are expected to have completed the BPM Orientation training or have comparable knowledge of Business Process Management.
Prerequisites
Participants are expected to have knowledge of Business Process Management.
During this training you need a laptop with access to internet.

- meaning of the symbols in the BPMN standard 2.0
- explain the syntax of BPMN 2.0
- explain the BPMN standard on the basis of examples

- indicate the added value of BPMN tools to indicate
