What is PRINCE2® Foundation
You want to lead or support projects in a structured way or develop yourself in project management and want to learn the PRINCE2® Project Management Method. This training helps you prepare for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam.
With PRINCE2® you have a method available that helps you to structure your projects from start to finish. In the PRINCE2® Foundation training you learn the principles, processes, theme’s and ‘Tailoring’, that together form the method. Our trainers are fully certified and have extensive project management experience. That way you gain insight in theory and practice. Also we prepare you for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam, so that you can feel confident that you can pass the exam and get the much asked for certificate for project management.
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.

Who should attend PRINCE2® Foundation
This training is for everyone who works in projects or wants to lead projects.
You for example work in a role of:
- Project manager
- PMO
- Project staff
The training is a must for everyone that wants to pass the PRINCE2® Foundation exam.
Prerequisites
There are no specific prerequisites for this training. Some knowledge of or experience with working in projects is necessary.
During this training you need a laptop with access to internet.
Objectives
At the end of this training you will be able to work with PRINCE2 in a practical situation. In addition, you are prepared, after sufficient self-study (at least 20 hours), to successfully complete thePRINCE2 Foundation exam
