– During the e-learning you go through the method thoroughly, you practice the theory of PRINCE2. The theory of PRINCE2® knowledge is central to the training. All aspects of the methodology are discussed, subjects like the Principles of PRINCE2, the processes, from Start Up to Closing and all Themes, such as Risk, Business Case and Plans. But of course also tailoring PRINCE2 for your own organization. The PRINCE2® Foundation e-learning introduces intensively introduces you to the methodology and you prepare yourself for the PRINCE2® Foundation Exam.

Who should attend PRINCE2® Foundation e-learning
This training is for everyone who works in projects or wants to lead projects.
You for example work in a role of:
- Project Manager
- PMO
- Project Staff
The e-learning is a must for everyone that wants to pass the PRINCE2® Foundation exam.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this training.
Objectives
After the course you will be familiar with the terms of PRINCE2 and you will understand the value of PRINCE2 .
- Role definitions of the project manager and project board;
- A well-founded business case

Exam Information
– This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
– The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
– Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.
