What is Make an impact with your Why
When you work on your core message and you can convey this in an inspiring way then this has consequences. This leads to movement. Why do you do the things you do? Your “why” is the starting point for your own personal vision and inspiring others.
What do you believe in? Why do you do things the way you do them? What is your key message? People believe in what you believe, this is the core message of Simon Sinek. If you know why you do things the way you do them, this is your foundation.
The “how” you do things and “what” you are doing is a simple result. We are looking for your ‘why’, ‘mission’ or ‘persuasion’. What do you think is important and how you translate that into an inspiring personal core message? You will use this to inspire your surroundings and make an impact.
