What is Lean IT Kaizen e-learning
Contents
– Lean IT® focuses specifically on the application of Lean within IT processes. After successful application in production (Lean manufacturing) and services (Lean services), the application of Lean in IT has undergone strong development in recent years. The Lean principles relate to increasing value for the customer, removing waste (work that does not add value), management as a facilitator, involving all employees in the organization, continuous improvement and securing value with less work.
– Organizations are gaining more and more benefits by applying Lean IT® within the IT departments. Kaizen (Kai = change, Zen = towards the good) is a continuous improvement approach supported by the DMAIC management cycle. This is a project-based approach based on a defined, necessary improvement, based on a recognized and prioritized problem. As a means of communication, the A3 method is used as a basis for the gradual completion of an improvement proposal.
– The LeanIT Kaizen Lead e-learning goes a step further than the foundation training. In this training we provide tools in the field of continuous improvement, so that you can immediately apply this in your own company/practice. A Lean IT Kaizen Lead works on improvement based on Lean principles. The Lean IT Kaizen Lead can come from any layer and from any department of the IT organization.
