What is Jira in Practice
JIRA, a product of Atlassian, is an online development tool for Agile teams, with which you can identify issues and divide work in a clear way. With this practical training we will guide you through the technical details on how to create your own fully customized Project. Followed with a number of practical cases where you will setup your own boards to follow your work and create reporting and dashboards.
Jira has different types of users, with their own needs. To accommodate these different learning goals we spend dedicated time for your own role based challenge.

Anyone who works with JIRA in an Agile work environment and is interested in gaining more knowledge of JIRA.
Prerequisites

During this training you need to use your laptop with internet connection.
Participants are invited to bring their own role based Jira challenge.

Objectives
At the end of the training:
- Participant knows which steps are required to customize your Jira Project
- Participant has experience with creating, adjusting and optimizing the Project Boards
- Participant has experience with creating Jira search queries
- Participant knows how to use the search queries to create dashboards
- Participant had the opportunity to ask their own role based Jira Challenge.
