What is HTML Fundamentals
Contents
– HTML, the foundation of every web page. It is designed to be the standard markup language for documents to be displayed in browsers. This means that if you are a beginning web developer, HTML is the place to start! In approximately 3 half days, you will learn about the document object model, several types of HTML elements and the so-called DevTools our browsers offer to debug any webpage available. We will also dive into HTML by iteratively building our own webpage throughout the course.
– Subjects:
– Create our first HTML Page and learn to debug it via the DevTools Inspector
– Get to know our first set of main HTML elements like Headers, Lists, Sections, Links, and Images
– Get to know the second batch of HTML elements like Tables and Forms
– After this comprehensive first look at HTML, and therefore web development, you will go home with knowledge on how every webpage its skeleton is built up, and you will be comfortable working with HTML.

Beginning web developers who want to learn about the essence of webpages, and how to set up the skeleton for their own projects in HTML.
Prerequisites
There are no specific requirements to participate in this training. However, during this training you need a laptop with access to internet on which installation of software is allowed, namely: IDE (preferably Visual Studio Code).

- Build and structure your first webpage with the help of HTML
- Debug any webpage with the browsers DevTools
