What is Front-end Software Engineering Track
Contents
– As a front-end developer, you need multiple skills in addition to programming. In an up-to-date development process, you have to be able to work Agile in a Scrum team. You also need knowledge about requirements, testing, web technology and safety. Of course you must be able to communicate well with your team and with your customer.
– This is all addressed in this front-end development training. You are part of a Scrum development team and together you deliver a new release of a web application every week. You present this to the customer.
– You will be coached on both technical aspects and personal skills.
– You learn how to work with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You will also learn how to test and share each other’s code and review with Git.

Who should attend Front-end Software Engineering Track
This training for front-end developer is suitable for you if you are still at the beginning of your career or want to make a career switch and have feel an affinity with technology.
When you have just started in IT, this training will help you to lay a good foundation in the front-end development. You collaborate in a Scrum team in a professional way to build a complete web application in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You not only learn to use these techniques, but also how to make a valuable contribution to a team.

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this training.
During this training you need a laptop with access to internet on which installation of software is allowed.
Objectives
The purpose of this training is to lay the foundation for working as a front-end developer. To achieve this goal, both technical and personal skills are being further developed. After this training you will be familiar with Agile working in a Scrum team. You have a solid foundation to start as a front-end developer.
