What is Design Thinking

Design Thinking is a process for creative problem solving, optimized for challenges with high uncertainty and limited existing data. We more and more encounter challenges that can not be solved by traditional, linear approaches. Problems can not be solved with the same reasoning that caused them to arise. To create a more appropriate solution, the problem must be redefined.

You do not only need to learn Design Thinking, you also have to experience it. You do this in this training, on the basis of:

  • What is Design Thinking?
  • How does it relate to other methods such as Agile and Lean Startup?
  • Experience Design Thinking through an exercise
  • Examples of the application of Design Thinking?
  • How do you apply Design Thinking yourself, for example with canvases or a Design Sprint?

Who should attend Design Thinking

Anyone who finds new, innovative ways of working interesting and wants to work in a more people-oriented way.

  • Consultants who work in a project or environment in which the problems are unclear and where solutions are not available.
  • Business Analysts looking for new ways to ensure that the right things are done.
