What is Data Analytics
Data Analytics (sometimes called Data Mining) is often used to accommodate complex / causal relationships in a model. This way, an organization can predict the effects of changes in the environment or company policy.
After this training the participant is able to answer the following questions:
- What methods and techniques are there for Data Analytics?
- Which organizations benefit from Data Analytics?
- When do you apply Data Analytics?
- What tools and software can you use?
- What are the relationships between the different techniques?
- Which project methodology do we have to support Data Analytics?
- We will also undertake some Data Analytics ourselves. Therefore, the student is asked to bring along a laptop with a working copy of Excel.
After the course the participant will be up to date on the latest trends and developments in the field of Data Analytics.
Who should attend Data Analytics
You’re new to the field of data analytics and want to know what data analytics really is and whaty ou can do with it.
You are for example:
- A Young Professional in an IT organization
- Just started in a new role in a BI department
- An IT professional who is working on a reskil to the Business Intelligence Professional’s profession
Prerequisites
There are no specific requirements to participate in this training.
