What is Business Proces Management Orientation

The BPM orientation training course focuses on process thinking, concepts within Business Process Management and the context in which BPM is placed.

You get an overview of current methods, techniques and tools required for BPM.

You also learn more about current topics and trends in Business Process Management.

After completing the training you have learned the following:

  • You have insight into the interfaces with other disciplines in the organization,
  • You can use the most important professional jargon,
  • You can recognize the importance of the different roles of stakeholders and the cooperation between them, including with regard to operational employees, IT specialists, business analysts, managers, etc.
