– This exam training gives you tools to obtain the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice exam, this through practical assignments and exam practice questions.
– The exam focuses on the strategic aspects of the Business Analysis. Topics such as: how do you measure the performance of the current situation. Qualitative and quantitative techniques you can use to examine the current business situation. The CATWOE technique to analyze the perspectives of the stakeholder and the BAM technique to make an abstract visualization of the current or desired future situation. In addition, the aspects that should be described in a business case are discussed. The focus of this training is on obtaining the diploma and less on the use of these techniques in practical situations.
– The training is based on the BCS books Business Analysis (fourth edition) and Business Analysis Techniques (third edition).
– This training is part of the trajectory leading to the International Diploma in Business Analysis.

This training is specifically designed for anyone who is already familiar with business analysis and besides having a clear picture of the discipline, also wants to obtain an internationally recognized certificate. Prior knwoledge at the level of BCS Business Analysis Foundation is recommended.

Prerequisites
If you have taken the BCS Business Analysis Foundation exam, this gives you a very good starting point.
To participate in this training, it is mandatory to have knowledge of the attainment targets as described for the BCS Foundation certificate.
We advise you to follow this training in advance, this is not mandatory.
You do need to be in possession of the book “Business Analysis Fourth edition” (ISBN 9781780175102) as provided with the BCS Foundation training.
You should have read the chapters in this book that are described in the preparatory work for this training.
This book is not provided with this training.

Holders of the BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice should be able to:
