– The exam training BCS Foundation in Business Analysis gives you tools to pass the Foundation exam.
– You translate your business analysis knowledge into the techniques described in the book Business Analysis (Fourth edition). This book uses the Business Analysis Service Framework (BASF) as the basis for Business Analysis. The exam is mainly about the relationship of Business Analysis techniques with BASF, the theoretical aspects of the described techniques and the theoretically correct naming. Externally oriented techniques such as PESTLE and Porter’s Five Forces, internally oriented techniques such as POPIT and VMOST, as well as IT supported techniques such as Context Diagram and Class Diagram are part of the exam.
– This training is part of the process leading to the International Diploma in Business Analysis.

This exam training introduces participants into the fundamentals of Business Analysis and focusses on preparation for the exam leading to the internationally recognized certification.
