What is Architecture Fundamentals
Contents
– With small exercises, Architecture Fundamentals takes you into the world of Enterprise and Solution architecture that is applicable to the agile way of working and within more traditional (waterfall) environments.
– In the training we look, from an architecture point of view, at IT concepts such as applications, servers and databases, and to analysis methods such as business model canvas, customer journeys and stakeholder management.
– In addition, you will gain insight into what architecture is, what an architect does and how an architect interacts with agile teams and management. You also get an overview of current architecture methods such as TOGAF and Archimate and agile frameworks such as SAFe. This training forms a good basis for understanding the world of architecture and architects better and possibly taking the next step towards a role as an architect. The training also provides a good basis for further training such as TOGAF, Archimate, DEMO, SAFe for architects, Architecture in agile context (practitioner), Open Agile Architecture and Enterprise Design.
