What is Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Foundation e-learning
Agile projects must also be managed. A good approach for this is Agile Project Management (Agile PM), based on DSDM. Agile Project Management is ideally suited for managing projects in which several Scrum teams work together.
DSDM and Agile Project Management focus on a project approach based on ‘Enough Design UpFront’. This combines agile flexibility with the need to stay in control and not to introduce unnecessary risksthrough the Agile way of working.
A selection of topics: philosophy and principles, roles and responsibilities, lifecycle and process, workshops, MoSCoW prioritization, timeboxes and iterative development.
Agile Project Management is described in the Agile Project Management Handbook .
