What is Workshop Problem & Change analysis
Organizations change, there is no doubt about that!
But if a change is immplement without being clear in advance why, there is no grip on the direction and the result of the change.
Problem analysis helps clarify the problems, make them accurate, quantified and comparable so the organization is able to set the right priorities in its approach.
If the problem is clear you would also like to solve it. And that means you will apply change analysis. So formulate solution alternatives. You will then map the problem area, analyze the causes, think about solutions and analyze the impact for the organization.
This enables the choice between the different solution alternatives.
