What is Business Analysis Essentials
Business analysis focuses on identifying business needs, opportunities and problems, in order to arrive at the right solutions. It could be about improving information systems, improving business processes and / or organizational improvements.
The Business Analysis Essentials training provides an overview of the field of business analysis and its place in waterfall, hybrid, and agile environments. Techniques for strategic analysis, process / scenario analysis, data analysis and more are covered. Also, stakeholders / personas, requirements and (monitoring) business value are discussed.
At the end of the training the participant is:
Familiar with the various tasks in business analysis
Familiar with the skills needed to work with the business
Able to investigate business problems or opportunities by:

This training is for functional managers, junior business analysts and others who want to develop business analysis skills.
During this training you need a laptop with access to internet.

You have some experience with business analysis.
