What is Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Practitioner
Agile projects must also be managed. A good approach for this is Agile Project Management (Agile PM), based on DSDM. Agile Project Management is ideally suited for managing projects in which several Scrum teams work together.
This training is the logical continuation of the Agile Project Management Foundation® training and focuses on deepening the method, specially tailored to project managers.
Some of the topics: the role of the project manager with regard to other roles, processes and products; MoSCoW prioritization and time boxing; requirements, estimating, measuring, quality and risk.
Agile Project Management is described in the Agile Project Management Handbook (version 2; we assume that you already have this book from the Agile Project Management Foundation® training.
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.

Who should attend Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Practitioner
The Agile Project Management Practitioner® training is primarily intended for project managers who execute projects in an agile environment.
The training prepares you for the APMG Agile Project Management Practitioner® exam. We assume that you have followed the Agile Project Management Foundation® training prior to this training.
Prerequisites
Before you participate in this training you must have followed the Foundation training. To take the exam, you must be in possession of the Foundation certificate.
Objectives
After following the training Agile Project Management Practitioner you will be able to manage projects in an Agile environment according to the DSDM Agile Project Management method. The Agile Project Management Practitioner training will prepare you for the Agile Project Management Practitioner APMG exam.
