What is Agile Requirements
Agile, who doesn’t work with it? Agile work affects everyone who works in the discipline of requirements. Working with Agile has surprising consequences in the requirements process.
In this training you learn, but more important experience, how requirements are dealt with in an Agile / Scrum environment. You learn the impact of developing Agile for the requirements process.
And you practiced based on a case.
We take you into the best practices, Agile work forms and techniques such as:
- Vision Board
- Impact mapping
- Story mapping,
- User Stories,
- Refinement,
- Splitting User Stories,
- Definition of Done,
- Definition of Ready and
- Non Functionals.
You practice in the training with different types of exercises, such as collaborate in sub-teams, workshops and presentations.
Who should attend Agile Requirements
The training is for every professional involved in the supply and analysis of requirements in an Agile environment.
You work, for example, in a role as:
- Business Analist

Prerequisites
You are required to have prior knowledge of the Agile way of working. Also, knowledge of requirements, at the level of Requirements Analysis is needed.
During this training you need a laptop.
