What is Process Modeling and Analysis
Are you going to describe workflows? Perhaps you want to redesign processes after analysis to make them run more effectively?
In this high intensity training you work together with other participants on improving processes that play a role in a given case.
Because you immediately get to work with aspects such as analysis and workflow management, you can quickly apply what you learn in your own work situation.
After this training you will be able to perform the steps that belong to modeling and analyzing business processes.
Knowledge of the products to be delivered, the techniques to be used and possible tools, but also the motives for analyzing and modeling different types of processes is therefore part of the package.
