What is BPM Exam OCEB 2 Fundamentals
Many insights and methods were developed to understand processes. Differences and misunderstanding can only be overcome by standardization. The Object Management Group is trying to address this with the OCEB certification – OMG Certified Expert in BPM. An open, international, vendor-neutral certification program that should help BPM specialists broaden their scope and should serve as a common denominator in the often fragmented BPM landscape. OCEB allows everyone concerned with BPM in an organization to in fact speak the same language. The OCEB Certification program has five certification exams, of which OCEB2 Fundamental is the first.
The exam training for OCEB 2 Fundamental prepares participants for the OMG “OCEB Fundamental” exam. It includes many BPM concepts, including the standard BPMN 2.0. Given the goal of achieving certification for OCEB 2 Fundamental, it is of utmost importance that participants can invest the required time and effort during training to achieve the certification. The candidates are expected to participate in all sessions of the exam training and have done all the necessary preparation.
Who should attend BPM Exam OCEB 2 Fundamentals
Members of BPM project teams with knowledge of business processes and experience in process modeling have in principle sufficient knowledge to participate in the BPM Exam training OCEB 2 Fundamental.
Good general knowledge of Business Process Management is required to follow the course. In terms of the Capgemini Academy training curriculum, your knowledge and experience at the level of the training should be “BPM Orientation” and “BPM Process Modeling and Analyzing”.

Objectives
The OCEB 2 Fundamental exam training prepares participants for OMG’s “OCEB 2 Fundamental” exam. This includes a lot of BPM ideas, including the standard BPMN 2.0.
Given the goal of achieving certification for OCEB 2 Fundamental, it is of the utmost importance that participants can invest the time and effort needed to achieve certification during training.
