What is PRINCE2® Practitioner
Organisations more and more use a methodology for managing their projects. The most regularly used method in the Netherlands is PRINCE2®. With the PRINCE2® Practitioner training you are ready for the next step in your career.
With PRINCE2® you have a method that helps you shape your projects from start to finish. In the PRINCE2® Practitioner training you work based on example scenario’s and cases in practical application of the principles, processes, themes and tailoring which together define the method.
Our trainers are fully certified and have extensive project management experience. That way you gain insight in theory and practice. Also we prepare you for the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam, so that you can feel confident that you can pass the exam and get the much asked for certificate for project management.
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.

Who should attend PRINCE2® Practitioner
This training is for everyone who wants to lead projects or is managing projects already. The training PRINCE2® Practitioner dives deep into the method and prepares you extensively for the PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam.
We expect that participants preferably have knowledge of PRINCE2® on Foundation certificate level. You can also attend this training when you have a valid IPMA, PMI-PMP or PMI-CAPM certificate, but in this case we recommend you to familiarize yourself with the PRINCE2® terminology prior to the training.
You for example work in the role of:
- Projectlead
- Projectmanager
- PMO
- Project employee
Prerequisites
The participants are expected to preferably have PRINCE2® knowledge at the level of the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate. For the exam you need to have a valid PRINCE2® Foundation certificate. Participants with a valid IPMA, PMI-PMP or PMI-CAPM certificate are also very welcome; we do advise them to familiarize themselves with PRINCE2® terminology prior to the training.
During this training you need a laptop with access to internet.

Classroom, online, blended and in-company
